MASP | 2023
The logistics of the exhibition Histórias Indígenas, held by MASP in 2023, involved collecting artworks in several Brazilian states and eight foreign countries – Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Canada, Mexico and Peru. The operation called on ArtQuality's international network of specialist partners in each country to carry out the survey, build the packing, collect and ship the works, as well as customs clearance under each country's temporary import rules.
ArtQuality also provided assistance to the couriers in Brazil, that is, the professionals who accompany the works along their whole journey to final delivery at the destination museum. After closing in São Paulo in February 2024, Histórias Indígenas will tour to the Kode Bergen Art Museum in Norway, between April and August 2024.
Besides transporting all the international items to Europe once more, this new logistics stage will also cover the temporary export of the Brazilian works to Norway. At the end of it, everything will be returned to its owners at their places of origin.
